A home away from home for families - you will struggle to find something closer to the beach! We pride ourselves on being "family friendly"- we have a regular cot, a travel cot, stair gates, high chairs - we love to make your family holiday a little bit easier. Our living areas downstairs are for "living in" - your tiny baby hands on the walls aren't going to bother anyone. Our holiday home is large, relaxed, spacious and well stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday, including large smart TV with most streaming apps, spacious sitting room separate to TV room and separate dining area with seating for 8.

Palm Bay Beach House

We had a lovely time at Gail and Nicholas's house. Very well appointed with plenty of space. Lots of outdoor seating. The outdoor shower was a godsend when coming back from the beach. It saved treading lots of sand through the house. very close to the beach. A great venue for a family holiday

Lovely outdoor shower

This house is fabulous. Nice and big and clean. About 30 minute walk into Margate which has lovely cafes and restaurants.

Perfect location

We were lucky enough to have a lovely sunny weekend in Margate so enjoyed walking to the beach and exploring. The house was easy to find, and felt perfect as soon as we went through the door. For 8 adults it worked really well, lots of social dinning areas where we could all chat together inside & outside. The front room also worked well to relax and chat in the evening. The house has more than enough showers & loos for a large group, all are beautifully decorated, as is the whole house. We enjoyed every second of Margate & the house, thank you so much 😊

Lovely social home

Had a lovely stay with my friends. Beautiful and comfortable rooms and a lovely big garden. Very close to bars, restaurants and the beach. Would recommend!
