The townhouse sits directly on Southbay’s tranquil lake, home to turtles, ducks, and seagulls — all just a 1 minute walk from the front door. You’ll have access to the entire townhouse and all community amenities, including two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and the private beach access. 
Parking is simple and stress-free — your reserved spot is right at your front door, so you can skip long walks and crowded elevators. A keyless entry system makes check-in smooth and secure.

- Check-in begins at 4 PM (you may request early check-in and we will accommodate if available).
- We do not rent to guests under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Pack-n-play and high chair available upon request
- Catch-and-release fishing only in the community lake

We can’t say enough good things about Palm Haus! The location was unbeatable, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room felt like a page out of a magazine. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and walking to the beach in the afternoons. Everything about this stay was seamless — we’ll absolutely be booking again!

The Ultimate Destin Vacation Home!

Palm Haus exceeded our expectations in every way! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. We loved starting our mornings at the fully stocked coffee bar — complete with a single-cup coffee maker, drip coffee maker, adorable coffee stir spoons, sugar-free syrups, and even fresh local beans + grounds. Every detail was so thoughtful, from the cozy living spaces to the easy access to both the pool and beach. The complimentary beach chair setup was just the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, Clean, and the Best Coffee Setup Ever!

Palm Haus was a dream for our family vacation! The kids were obsessed with the Pac-Man arcade game and all the board games in the living room, while we parents appreciated how easy everything was. The home came stocked with a pack ’n play, high chair, and baby gate, which made traveling with little ones so much simpler. The closet full of sand toys, pool floats, and beach gear (plus the beach wagon) made every outing a breeze. We loved having two kiddie pools in the community too — perfect for downtime between beach trips. Every detail was so well thought out for families — truly a 5-star stay!
