Spacious 2 bedroom villa overlooking the sea and the Aeolian Islands in a quiet location, private pool, children's play area and private parking. Located in a small RESIDENTIAL gated complex. Layout of living room / kitchen with terrace and balcony, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Swimming pool and private parking. Splendid view of the sea with the active Stromboli volcano, smoke rising slowly from its summit, clearly visible on clear days. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet sleeps up to 6-7 people and has been fully furnished to provide comfort with everything you might expect to make your vacation a pleasant experience. The kitchen is also fully furnished with dishwasher and the living room has a sofa bed, TV, games console, table, chairs and air conditioning. The 2 double bedrooms have comfortable beds which guarantee a restful sleep. The apartment also has a barbecue area, mosquito nets, curtains and fast internet. More details inside The accommodation is arranged on three levels. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, two bedrooms and a family bathroom (shower, toilet, sink and bidet). The bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with ample storage space, good quality beds, mattresses and linens - the emphasis is on comfort and cleanliness. Upstairs we find an open space living area with balcony overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the island of Stromboli. There is a large comfortable sofa bed, TV / Chrome Cast / Audio and Game Console. The open plan kitchen / dining room is well equipped with a gas hob, electric cooker, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and tools. There is a small balcony off the kitchen and a further family bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. A spiral staircase leads from the front balcony to the panoramic sun terrace, with breathtaking views over the entire area. Each of the internal floors is approximately 40 square meters. The sun terrace is also 40 square meters. Furthermore there are two balconies, patio areas, swimming pool, flower beds, bbq, terrace and parking for 2 cars. Particularly suitable for those who simply want to relax and 'chill-out' on one of the 2 large terraces quietly away from the others, by the pool or on one of the nearby beaches. We recommend a car as needed for most people, especially in the summer months. While the nearest supermarket is a relatively short walk, it is downhill along a busy road and it is HOT! A car is advantageous that allows you to make the most of the surrounding area while immersing yourself in the culture. However, nearby Tropea, Vibo Marina and Pizzo can all be reached by the small local railway. The villa is divided into 3 floors and the top floor of the solarium offers the best views of the sea! The panoramic views can be enjoyed not only from the terrace but also from the comfortable sofa in the living room. More details The spiral staircase leading to the sun terrace is probably not suitable for the elderly, the very young or the less able. This property can be enjoyed without a car as there are excellent rail links from Zambrone to the airport and all major attractions, and the local village is within easy walking distance for daily essentials. However, the walk to the station is quite steep and those wishing to explore the area more fully will need a car.

Luna Blue Two Bedroom with private pool

Villino con tutti i comfort, accogliente, tranquillo e pulito, buono il parcheggio auto all'interno e' stato molto utile. I 2 bagni molto puliti. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità, tenuto conto dell'alta concentrazione turistica, ma comunque a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge più importanti e al centro di Tropea. La piscina e' stata il Top.

Un paradiso

Nice villa with beautiful outdoor area with garden set, BBQ and swimming pool. Great and very helpful staff. We could park our camper there. The view was also nice.

Good place to explore Calabria

Everything is just perfect! The location near the best beaches, , we felt like home and we will definitely come back!

Amazing !
