Park House is conveniently and peacefully situated upon the affectionately termed ‘Railways’ development at the very heart of Whitby, a mere 7 minute walk from the swing bridge, affording easy access to the town and all its amenities as well as spectacular views of the sea, harbour and the haunting Abbey ruins.
This generous and well-planned Victorian town house offers 5 spacious bedroom  and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 adults with appropriately matched open plan living space.

Park House, Whitby

The house is in a fantastic location and was perfect for our family holiday. We are two families with teenagers and the space worked really well for us all.
Being able to walk into Whitby centre was great for us to be able to explore without having to worry about car parking.
The parking for two cars at the property was ideal for us.
The kitchen is well equipped and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. We loved the huge fridge!
The bedrooms are all spacious with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are very nicely fitted out.
Daryl was a fantastic host, ensuring that everything was ok with our stay.
The home has been very tastefully renovated to a high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking.

Perfect

We recently had the pleasure of stopping at Park House as an end of GCSE treat for our eldest Son.

What a treat for us all! The house was stunning and catered to our every need plus more. The house is immaculately presented as well as perfectly located, just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Whitby Harbour. Here you will find a range of restaurants and bars to choose from. Alternatively, if you’re wanting to prepare a meal in the very well appointed kitchen, there is a large supermarket just a few minutes walk from the property.

We had excellent dialogue with the hosts from booking to departure. This ensured we had a personalised approach and meant our every need was catered for.

All bedrooms afforded high end comfort with the most luxurious of mattresses. This meant we all got a great nights sleep after busy days of exploring Whitby (not to mention the 199 steps up to the Abbey).

Whitby has stolen a bit of our heart and Park House really was the perfect accommodation for us to create some lifelong memories. We would highly recommend this property if you are considering a break on the Yorkshire coast-you will not be disappointed I guarantee you!

Charming. Immaculate. Beautiful.

We stayed as a family of 10 from ages 1-74 and the house was perfect for us all. Really stylish, quality interior design and really well equipped with everything you need and more. Little extras such as board games, travel cot, highchair and plastic tableware for children were useful additions.
The views from the house are absolutely beautiful, overlooking the harbour. A really short 5-10 minute walk and you're right in the centre of Whitby, two parking spaces and also always found a space (free of charge) for our additional cars with no problem. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great location

The property is absolutely stunning and you will fall in love with it. The location is perfect and the views from the top floor room are special.

Book it because yoy won’t regret it!

Unbelievable. Perfectly placed. Charming.

A group of friends and I stayed at Park House during mid March. Leading up to our stay Daryll was fantastic. Always on hand to answer any questions and queries and shared a very thorough welcome pack ready for arrival. The house itself is absolutely stunning. We were welcomed with a lovely treat package on arrival. The reason we chose Park House was for open plan living which didn’t disappoint and was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are finished to a high quality and really made for a comfortable stay. It’s safe to say we loved our stay at Park House hand would highly recommend anyone wanting a lovely house to share with friends or family in the heart of Whitby.

Fabulous! Highly recommend
