Park Place on Foot Lake - 200 FT of Private Lakeshore

The gem of Jennifer’s place is definitely the back yard. It’s huge and has many places to relax and unwind. I loved sitting out on the back porch with my coffee in the morning, listening to the water and the trees. My friends and I enjoyed kayaking, paddle-boarding, and sitting on the lily pad out in the water. The house itself was nice for our short weekend stay. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning felt great. This would definitely be a great family lake house getaway, especially for those with children due to the amount of outdoor toys/bikes/kayaks provided.

The Backyard is definitely the Gem!

My 3 teens and I had a wonderful and relaxing time at this lake home! It was so great to have 2 kayaks, lily pad, and 2 paddle boards available. Lots of outdoor seating options. We played board games outside on the sectional, ate outside on the deck table, watched the sunrise, went for walks in the neighborhood.
Nice big TV and comfy couch for a few evenings of watching movies together. The movie theater popcorn maker was a hit!
The A/C worked well both downstairs and upstairs making the sleeping temp very comfortable.
Restaurants were convenient, only a few minutes drive for take-out or dining in. We enjoyed Grizzly’s for take-out & McMillan’s for brunch. Good options for grocery stores, which was helpful as we prepared many meals at the house so we wouldn’t have to leave the lake as often.
Jennifer was great to work with and very helpful when we had questions! Very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back next summer!

Will be Back Next Summer!

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. We had great time using the grill and hanging out by the lake. The kitchen was also well stocked with utensils, pots and pans to fix up quick breakfast. Jennifer was always responsive for any questions we had.

Great time at this Lake House

Jennifer was very proactive and made sure we felt comfortable and right at home! The home was very family oriented. The kids and husband enjoyed fishing on the dock. Would come back again!

Great Place for Families

Stayed there for about 3 weeks while in the area for work, she was easy to communicate with and adjust with our plans. The place was perfect for us with multiple beds / bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryers on site. The house was just what we needed for a great price.
