Beachfront Sugar Coast Retreat

We just returned from a family vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The owners take pride in their condo and work to ensure everything is ready for their guests. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The waffle iron was a plus and we enjoyed cooking breakfast for dinner one night. There are also an air fryer and a crockpot. For coffer drinkers, you have the option of a brewed pot or k-cup. Plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, and anything else you would need.
All the bedrooms have storage space, plenty of room, lamps, and televisions with Roku devices. All were comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
The living room had plenty of seating, beautiful view of the Gulf, and the entertainment center contained books and games. One feature that I really liked was the square power strips on the tables and nightstands for extra electrical plugs and all had usb ports. Small things that you do not always have in a rental. They also provide several beach chairs, umbrellas, a foldable crib, and multiple beach toys.
The utility closet contained a full-size washer and dryer, both work great, and cleaning supplies like brooms, mop, etc.
The balcony offers splendid Gulf and PCB views and a variety of seating and tables. Great place for morning coffee and evening drinks.
This unit is a corner unit, so you do not have to worry about a lot of foot traffic going by the door. The trash chute and elevators are close as well.
The Majestic is a nice facility. It is clean, has twenty-four security, and plenty of options for your stay. The elevators we used were fast. Both indoor and outdoor pools and the hot tubs are well maintained. The staff that we encountered were polite and friendly. Location is close to Pineapple Willies, Walmart, Alvin’s Island, Surf Style, and several other places. A Mexican restaurant was right across the street, and we enjoyed it as well.
I would recommend this condo for your PCB stay. Jennifer and Jim are quick to respond to any texts which I really appreciated.

September Getaway

Our family vacation started off a little rocky with our oldest getting rear ended in the rain. I reached out to Jennifer to let her know we were running late. She was so wonderful and kind, she reached out to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. They are such wonderful hosts.

The condo is beautiful with such amazing views. The layout, balcony and the furnishings… everything was just wonderful. There are many great locations nearby for activities on rainy days. Our family had such a lovely time. We will definitely be coming back!
Thank you !

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions.

One of our favorite parts was sitting on the balcony each evening, enjoying the incredible views and watching the fireworks over the pier. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the entire condo was spacious and well maintained.

Communication with the owners was excellent, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and stress-free. We made so many great family memories during our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. We can’t wait to come

July 4th

We recently stayed here with our family: two couples and an 8-month-old granddaughter, and it was everything we hoped for and more. As a corner unit, the views are absolutely stunning. Nearly every window frames the Gulf beautifully, and waking up to that scenery every morning never got old.
The condo itself is exceptionally well-appointed. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need, drip and Keurig coffee makers, an air fryer, a blender, and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for real cooking, it genuinely felt like a well-loved, well-equipped home.

Beach access couldn’t be easier. The property provides chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and plenty of toys — a huge bonus when you’re wrangling a baby and all her gear. The walk down to the beach is quick and easy, and the two pools and multiple hot tubs on the property are well-maintained and very clean.

The weather didn’t fully cooperate during our stay, but we grabbed throw blankets, settled into the comfortable living room furniture, and had a genuinely cozy movie night together — the kind of memory you don’t plan for.

The location is walkable to local shops and restaurants, which we loved. Fair warning: the lobby convenience store will absolutely get you! We paid a too much for individual ice creams and have zero regrets haha!

Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d come back without hesitation.

Perfect beachfront escape for multi generation family

Our stay in Panama City Beach, FL at Majestic this July was absolutely amazing. The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and felt like home the minute we walked in. The owners were incredibly helpful and quick to respond any time we had a question—they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our family.

Traveling with teen kids can be hit or miss, but this trip was nothing short of magical. The beach access was easy, the area was safe and peaceful, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy some much-needed quality time together. We’re already talking about coming back next summer. Highly recommend!
