Escape to the coast in this stunning 5th-floor retreat at the prestigious Peninsula Condominium complex. Perfectly positioned in the upscale neighborhood of Langosta, this modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the ultimate balance: the tranquility of a quiet residential area and the vibrant energy of Tamarindo just a short 10-minute walk away.

THE SPACE
Our condo is designed to be a comfortable residence rather than just a rental unit. We have furnished it with high-end finishes and practical amenities to ensure your stay is effortless.
Living & Relaxing
The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a private balcony. Being on the 5th floor gives you a commanding view of the Pacific Ocean and lush canopy—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Relax on the comfortable sofa with a Smart TV (ready for you to log into your favorite streaming services) after a day at the beach.

Large desk with ample surface area

Laptop dock

Extra monitor

Wireless mouse and keyboard

High-speed internet

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is open to the living area, making it easy to socialize while preparing meals. It comes fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We have also installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system, so you always have access to crisp, clean drinking water without needing to buy plastic bottles.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The primary suite features direct balcony access (wake up to the view!) and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom is comfortable and quiet, situated near the second full bathroom. Both bathrooms are modern and stocked with fresh towels. For your comfort, there are air conditioning units in every room, allowing you to control the temperature in each space individually.
Convenience

Private in-unit washer and dryer

Secure underground parking

High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit

THE PENINSULA COMPLEX
The Peninsula is widely known as one of the most upscale, well-maintained buildings in the area. It functions like a private resort. Guests have full access to:

Two Resort-Style Pools: One large recreational pool and a quieter pool, both surrounded by manicured tropical landscaping.

7th Floor Rooftop Terrace: A must-see during your stay. This common area features lounge seating and offers arguably the best sunset views in Langosta.

Two Gyms: Keep up with your fitness routine in the fully equipped cardio and weight rooms.

Game Room: Features ping-pong, foosball, and a pool table.

BBQ Areas: Several grilling stations are available for al fresco dining by the pool.

Security: 24/7 gated security gives you total peace of mind.

THE LOCATION
This location offers the best of both worlds: the peace of Langosta and the amenities of Tamarindo.
Playa Langosta (The Quiet Side)
You are steps away from Langosta Beach. This area is an upscale residential neighborhood known for its quiet, uncrowded sands and tide pools. It is perfect for peaceful walks, reading a book under the trees, or watching the waves.
Playa Tamarindo (The Fun Side)
A flat, easy 10-minute walk (or very short drive) takes you into the heart of Tamarindo. Here you will find world-class surfing, vibrant nightlife, dozens of multicultural restaurants, boutique shopping, and grocery stores.

Ocean view w/ pool, rooftop & beach

Jon's place was actually better than described. Views of the mountains and the ocean from both the living room and main bedroom. It was less than a 15 minute walk to Tamarindo from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.

John's review from Airbnb

We had a great time on our trip and Jon’s place fit our needs well! We appreciated being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops while staying in a quieter area. Jon helped arrange a golf cart rental which really added to the convenience. Jon was also very quick to answer any of my questions.

Family Surf Trip

It was Wonderful! 10 out of 10 for the property and the host. The property was nicely decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Easy walks to the beach and to town, (we do walk a lot). We are birders and found many places to walk around right by the condo. Covered parking was a plus and the pools and work out rooms were used extensively. Best of all was the balcony. It overlooked the area and the water. Very roomy and we spent most of our time out there whenever we were not out walking or swimming. Everything in the condo worked great, it was quiet and private. If we were to come back to the area we would try to stay here again.
