The Star Dome

We came for four nights to get away from it all and that's exactly what we did. Peace, quiet and tranquillity in what felt like the middle of nowhere. The weather was not the best, but we were warm and cosy, listening to the rain and the wind. Wildlife was amazing, owls, woodpeckers, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and pheasants. The Star Dome is beautifully furnished and has a luxurious feel with a very comfy bed. The Wi-Fi and TV signal were brilliant and there was plentiful hot water in the bathroom and kitchenette. Everything we needed was there, from robes to shampoo, crockery to coffee, tea towels to fluffy blankets. All in all, a fantastic relaxing break.

Magical !

What a wonderful break. Amazing accommodation, top quality fixtures and fittings set in a stunning location. So peaceful, I didn't want to leave.

Amazing stay

I had a lovely time. We had a lovely stay and we would definitely come back again. I didn’t imagine the Star Dome to be like this! It’s better than any of us thought. Great location.

Better than any of us thought

Booked this as a surprise for my fiancé’s 30th, did not disappoint, decorated with balloons and beer on arrival with the hot tub hot & ready. Beautiful scenery and filled with all the essentials for a comfortable stay with a unique twist. Enjoyed walked to some beautiful places with the dog. Relaxed and cooked some nice meals with the barbecue. All of us really loved this stay.
