The apartment is large, elegant with a picturesque view of the bay, nestled on the quiet side of Perast. It has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and can sleep four as it also has a sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a pont for the building and it is across the road from the bay.
For the third year running we have been awarded a Travellers Award from Booking.com for rating of 9.8 out of 10.
The property features a rustic Boka Bay style with stone and wood. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a modern kitchen/bathroom. There is parking available but with restrictions. During the high season you have to pay for parking which is available at either side of the town. It is best to park on the east side of the town (Kotor side). Parking is free during the low season.

Bay View Apartment

Wonderful welcome from Nenad and Helen. Loved the location and view, peaceful genteel pace of life. Great for taking refreshing dips in the sea directly opposite the apartment.
Even better if the bedroom could be cooled with a fan or air con.

Wonderful welcome

Great Stay

Comfortable apartment with a Gorgeous little balcony with exceptional views across the bay. We loved it here.

Special place and great location

The view!! The View!!! This is hands down the best view in town. One of the few places with a balcony.
Just below us was a spot where everyone stops to take a photo of town.
The bedroom was on the small side, but who cares when you spend all your time on the terrace.

The best view in town!!

Wow! The best location in Perast. Wonderful host, clean and nice and met all expectations.

Loved it!
