Just a few minutes’ drive from the town centre and the beach, this charming villa of approximately 80 m² is set on a 800 m² private plot. After opening the vehicle access gate, you can park in the lower part of the plot, characterised by an open gravel area framed by four cypress trees. A 20 m² pergola provides shade in this sunny area of the property.
After parking, the house is accessed by going up to the upper level of the plot via a set of stairs hidden behind the villa. As you walk up these stairs, low and dense vegetation already anticipates a change of scenery: in the upper part of the plot you will find shaded corners and flowers in planters.
At the top of the stairs you reach the entrance hall with wardrobes. This space can be used as a play area, reading corner, or relaxation space. To the left of the entrance hall is the west-facing terrace-balcony, ideal for enjoying the sunset.
To the right of the entrance hall is the living room, featuring a large sofa facing a 55” TV. Moving from the living room towards the bedrooms, you will find the open-plan kitchen on the left and the dining area straight ahead, with all three spaces integrated into a single open area. A double door provides direct access to the east-facing terrace on the upper level.

Casa Bonavida - Acogedora villa independiente

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property, plenty of space all around the house to catch the sun, beautiful gardens and the security as well was very good. We appreciated as well the proximity to the sea while being in a quiet residential area, we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dénia. The house itself was lovely and clean and very spacious. The communication with the owners was very good as everything was explained beforehand. Thank you Carmen and Pere!

Lovely stay in a typical Spanish villa in quiet and peaceful surroundings
