A quiet, comfortable home tucked into the trees in a golf course neighborhood at Alderbrook, above Hood Canal. We've invested in quality mattresses, bedding and pillows for a good night's sleep.
Inside: an open living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a 65" smart TV (Fire TV, with YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and Disney+ included), a full kitchen with a dining table for 6, and a loft with two queen beds and its own ¾ bath. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and a 48" smart TV, next to a renovated full bath.
Comfort and tech: heat pumps for heating and air conditioning in the living room and loft, plus baseboard heat in the bedroom and bath. Smart lights and Google speakers answer to your voice ("OK Google, turn on the kitchen light" or "OK Google, play Classic Rock"). Fast Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps), a Level 2 EV charger (32 amp JuiceBox) in the carport, a washer and dryer, and keyless self check-in with your own door code.
Outside: a large wrap-around deck with a gas grill, outdoor sectional and a propane fire table (summer months), plus a picnic area in the backyard.
Please note: outdoor security cameras cover the exterior of the house. Campfires and fireworks are not allowed anywhere at Alderbrook.
