We stay at the property for several months in the winter and are constantly making improvements for ourselves and our guests. We have a well stocked home and do not charge for electricity! We have great reviews and strive to make your stay extraordinary. The house has an open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances ,Cambria Counter tops with island, new washer and dryer. The pool is heated and is enclosed by a large Lanai with outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area and we have a pool fence if needed for children. We have a cement dock with lounge chairs and fishing poles with tackle in the garage. This is a very quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village. The house is fully furnished and has a large new gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.
