The most unique part to this building is the indoor outdoor living having 4 enormous glass windows that easily are pushed back into the wall cavity giving you the most spectacular living space for your enjoyment. Saltwater pool heating available €400.00p/w The open plan ground floor and the fact you can slide the windows into the wall cavity making indoor outdoor living the main attraction, makes this property the ultimate entertaining space. Stylishly decorated throughout. No need for buying bottled water, we have a filtration system fitted. Two fridges and one freezer, underfloor heating in all bathrooms. We provide towels for the sun loungers and have an amazing BBQ outdoor kitchen area. La Finca de Marbella is close to Marbella center (6 mins drive) you can stroll to the beach within 15 minutes to the very famous beach restaurant Trocadero Arena Playa for lunch or dinner, you can also reach the Rio Real Golf & Country Club within a few mins by car. La Canada Shopping center is a short drive away with all its shops restaurants and large supermarket. Puerto Banus is 11 mins The whole villa, gardens and pool plus driveway behind electric gate. This is a brand new complex with 24 hour security guards it is within 15 minutes walking distance to Old Town Marbella This complex is mainly residential and therefore has community rules, no loud music after midnight or early mornings We would recommend hiring a car This is a no smoking villa although smoking outside in the garden and terrace is acceptable. We are not looking to rent to party groups, we prefer to rent to families and couples and have an age limit of 25. This is a residential gated community so being respectful to the neighbors is paramount. We have on site security and ask our guests to comply with our community rules. No loud music after midnight nor before 10am. If guests do not take their rubbish to the community bins before checking out you will be charged €50.00 it is the responsibility of the guests.
