Can you imagine being in the center of Gran Vía, enjoying spectacular panoramic views of Gran Via and the new Plaza de España?
Few spaces can offer the experience of our impressive apartment, all exterior, with balconies/terraces overlooking Gran Vía and views from all the bedrooms and an impressive round living room with 4-meter-high ceilings.
Enjoy the famous Christmas lighting from any of our rooms, especially from the huge balcony in the living room. The perfect apartment to spend a dream vacation, with views of the sunset, Gran Vía and Plaza de España.
Spacious, luxurious, bright and decorated by an interior designer, all the details have been reviewed and taken care of to the maximum, so that everything is brand new by 2023. 90" TV with 9-channel surround sound system, live the same experience than in the cinema.
4 meter high ceilings with illuminated moldings and intelligent lighting control.
140 m2 distributed in 3 large rooms, with double beds and brand new visco mattresses of the highest quality. Balconies with floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms and 360° views
You can put a single bed in any of the rooms.
The location is wonderful, the apartment is spacious and bright all hours of the day, the views are incredible and you have all kinds of amenities at your fingertips.
Parties are absolutely prohibited, we control and prosecute them through the police and with personal complaints against guests and attendees.
Believe me, this is not your apartment if you want to have a party, it will go wrong and you will end up on the street, I will personally take care of it. The floor also has some marks of use.

5C: Views, terrace and jacuzzi

We were 2 families with grownup kids, total of 7 adults. Flat is perfect, with great living space for all of us to chill together. Comfortable beds, maybe could have better pillows. Very good location, we walked everywhere. I would certainly return there if going to Madrid with friends again.

Magnífico

We loved every minute of our stay at this apartment.

Best location

Localización, tamaño, decoracion, servicios.. no podíamos pedir mas.
