Can you imagine being in the center of Gran Vía, right in Plaza de España?
We have three identical units, on floors 3, 5 and 7.
Few spaces can offer the experience of our impressive third floor, which is all exterior, with a spectacular round living room with 4-meter-high ceilings, three balconies off the living room, and three terraces off the bedrooms.
It has been fully restored and ready to open in December 2024, with the highest quality, with every space designed to offer that extra touch of convenience that completely transforms a travel experience.
The perfect apartment for a dream vacation, right in the center of everything.
Spacious, luxurious, and bright, with interior design. An 80" TV with 9-channel surround sound system provides a cinema-like experience.
4-meter-high ceilings with illuminated moldings and intelligent lighting control.
144 m2 distributed in 4 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite. 5 double beds of the highest quality.
The apartment is designed for optimal use by 8 guests, but can accommodate up to 10 people.
The location is wonderful, the apartment is spacious, and you have all kinds of amenities at your fingertips.
Additionally, you can reserve access to the building's private terrace, complete with a solarium and jacuzzi.
Access is limited to two hours per reservation per day, and may be extended if no other reservations are confirmed afterward, and only if weather conditions permit.
Parties are strictly prohibited. We monitor and prosecute them through the police and by filing personal complaints against guests and attendees.
Believe me, this isn't your place if you want to throw a party. It'll go wrong and you'll end up on the street. I'll take care of it personally.

The apartment was great! The location was fantastic so easy to get to all the things we wanted to see. So many restaurants to choose from. Pablo and the team were great to work with! Check in and check out was so easy! We had 6 of us and had more than enough room. Would stay here again! Thznks Pablo for everything! John

Madrid 2026
