Oceanfront 4b/4ba Exuma Villa, February Point, Generator

Kathy greeted family at checkin, showed us everything. Unbelievable house, great view; everything imaginable for family and friends. Life jackets, snorkel gear, paddle boards, canoe and much more. Loved spending lazy days and late aftn in water off Dock.
We rented a boat, easy walk to the marina where the sea turtles hang out. Pool is also by Marina and has great sandy beach. Rusty Anchor restaurant by pool, great beachside drinks but make reservations for dinner. Days spent at Chat n Chill with stingrays (our kids favorite). Also visited Coconut Club with slides for kids.
Booked day trip to Stanislaw Cay with Theo as too far for our 25 ft boat. Saw aguanas, swam with pigs and Thunderball Grotto (;this is a do not miss!
Location of Point of view was great, less than a mile to grocery store, liquor store and straw market and about 15 minutes from airport.
We brought a honey baked ham and full filet frozen onboard but got everything else at Exuma Markets. You can order online for pickup or delivery but be prepared as they do run out of things so check you receipt as they will show what was unavailable and not charge you. Home stocked with numerous spices other have left. We used some of theirs and left some of ours for the next groups to hopefully utilize.
Had dinner one might at Blu, favorite restaurant with fresh fish. Need reservations and uber available.

Great memories with our family and definitely plan to come back again!
Thank you Kathy for the memories!

Wonderful family trip

We rented Point of View this May and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The home sits in February Point, a beautifully maintained, gated community that felt safe and peaceful from the moment we arrived. The villa itself was equipped with absolutely everything we could have wanted. There was outdoor gear for every activity we could think of, plus a fully stocked kitchen and all the little niceties that make a stay feel effortless.

The location could not have been more convenient. The main pool and the Rusty Anchor restaurant were just steps from the door, and the whole community is only about five minutes from George Town, so running into town for anything was a breeze.

Inside, the rooms were comfortable and the A/C worked beautifully, which matters a lot in the Bahamas. We also never once ran out of hot water. A small thing, but a big deal with a full house.

One of the real highlights was the dock. It was lovely, and the kids were able to snorkel right off it. They spotted starfish and all kinds of other fish without us ever leaving the property. It kept them happy for hours.

We would absolutely stay at Point of View again and highly recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable, convenient, well appointed home base in Exuma.

A Perfect Family Home Base in Exuma

As someone who owns a home in Exuma and has stayed all over the island, I tend to be pretty particular about where we stay. We spent a quick weekend here with our family, including young kids, and it exceeded expectations.

The home is truly five-star. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The dock was a huge highlight for us. Being able to access the water and hop on a boat right from the property made everything easy and fun with kids.

The location in February Point is fantastic. The gated community is peaceful, very well kept, and incredibly convenient to Georgetown and the airport, which makes a short stay especially easy.

The layout worked perfectly for our group and the home felt genuinely cared for. The host was also wonderful and very gracious throughout the stay and beyond!

We would absolutely stay here again. Do not hesitate to book, this is THE one!!

Fabulous stay!

Great location, great communication, clean and spacious. Point of View was perfect for two families with 5 kids. The community pool, restaurant and marina are across the street and perfectly convenient. The house was stocked with everything we wanted and needed including anything you need to enjoy the outdoors and plenty of games for an evening in or rainy day. We will visit again!

Stocked With Everything!

We traveled with 8 couples (rented two houses) for a few of our 50th birthday celebrations. It was an amazing trip. Point of View was the perfect house to rent. Amazing views, well stocked inside and out, great communication and the perfect location. Our other house had a pool but we realized quickly we didn’t need the pool and enjoyed the dock and all water sport toys this home provided. We docked a boat in the slip provided and were able to pick up/ drop off guests at house dock. The water taxi will also pick you up right at the dock. One evening the island lost power. Thankfully Point of View had a generator. We plan to return and stay in this house next time we visit.
