Premier Apartment Milano is an approximately 45-square-meter apartment, bright and elegant, quiet and comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. A private garage is also available for an additional fee not included in the accommodation price. Use of the garage must be arranged in advance, as soon as the need for it is anticipated. The apartment welcomes you into a living room with a sofa bed and a relaxation area where you can listen to music, read a book or watch TV. You will also have access to a well-equipped kitchen featuring not only the main appliances, such as a dishwasher, washer-dryer and oven, but also a coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The spaces have been carefully arranged to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In the hallway separating the living area from the sleeping area, you will find space for your shoes, a small ladder, coat hangers and useful accessories such as an umbrella, shoe polish and cloths for cleaning your luggage. Other amenities are also available for you to use as needed, including an iron and ironing board, sewing kit, international power adapter and first aid kit. A "book sharing" service is also available: you are welcome to read one of the books provided and, if you particularly enjoy it, take it with you as long as you leave another one in its place. The hallway leads to both the bathroom and the bedroom. Premier Apartment provides bathroom linen, toilet paper and a courtesy set; you will also find a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and shower. In the spacious and bright bedroom, you will find a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk area. A small safe is also available inside the wardrobe. As in the living area, the parquet flooring in the bedroom adds warmth and elegance to the space.

Premier Apartment Milano

We absolutely loved our stay here! Consuelo has gone out of her way to make the stay as comfortable as possible for her guests.
There are the little things like a nice coffee machine with pods, ice in the freezer, shaving kit in the toilet, fruits, milk and spices.
Then there are these touches that will absolutely melt your heart like a home-baked chocolate cake upon arrival, coloring books for the kids, board games and a great collection of books. I kept finding surprises until my very last day.. like who would have thought there was even a sewing kit and a first aid kit! I don’t think even my own place is so well-equipped.

Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan! The location isn’t the most central, but metro is a short 10min walk away and you can get to most places easily from there.

Perfect stay, amazing host!

The apartment is really spacious, neat and clean. It is equipped with everything needed for a good stay and even beyond. We were really happy with the coffee, fruits and breakfast snacks.
The host regularly checked in on us via Booking to make sure everything was alright. The air-conditioning was a life-saver.
The apartment is near Metro Line 1 (less than 10 minutes walk) and is less than a 30-minute walk away from the Central Station so the location is pretty good.

The apartment was clean and well taken care of! Consuelo was very friendly, and it is clear that he cares about making your stay a wonderful experience. He has left so many thoughtful touches around the apartment for guests (fresh fruit, snacks, seeing kit, umbrella, extra travel power adapter, travel guides, etc). He even had some bottles of wine available we could pay for, which were very reasonably priced.
The check-in process was done remotely and was very simple.
The neighbourhood was definitely not a tourist destination, but it was still very easy to access the subway to get around.

Very nice and cosy appartement, nicely furnished.
The owner was super helpful, we met exactly on time. We rented a car box which was a good idea in this area with limited parking options. The street was a bit noisy at night but this could be expected in the town center. 7 min walk to the metro which takes you directly to Duomo.
We definitelly recommend this accomodation.

Nicely decorated clean appartment

L'appartement était très bien et propre. Consuelo est super !😊
