THE POSHPADZ VACATION — NOTHING TO DO. YOU'RE ON VACATION.
Your vacation should begin when you arrive. That's why a member of our local POSHPADZ team personally welcomes you to the property rather than simply sending you a lockbox code.
If something needs attention during your stay, we're here to help. And when it's time to leave, take your belongings and enjoy your final morning — we don't give our guests a list of checkout chores.
Personally welcomed. Here when needed. Simply leave.
Welcome to Villa Oceana, part of the POSHPADZ Prestige Collection — your own private tropical retreat in Palm Beach Gardens, just 2 miles from Jupiter Beach. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home combines peaceful Old Florida surroundings with an exceptional private outdoor space featuring a huge heated pool, 6-person hot tub, putting green, covered patio, firepit table and poolside pergola. Spend the morning at Jupiter Beach, come home for a swim in your private heated pool, practice your short game on your own putting green, or settle into the 6-person hot tub and simply enjoy the Florida sunshine. In the evening, fire up the Weber propane BBQ, gather beneath the poolside pergola for dinner, then finish the day around the firepit table. We make beach days easy too, providing beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler and beach tote for our guests. Your Own Private Florida Oasis The outdoor space is one of the real highlights of Villa Oceana. Set within a fully fenced tropical yard, the huge private swimming pool provides plenty of room to swim, play or simply cool off beneath the Florida sun. Around the pool you'll find chaise loungers for sunbathing, umbrellas for shade and luxury pool floats ready to enjoy. Golfers can practice on the home's private putting green, while the 6-person hot tub offers somewhere to relax at the end of the day. The expansive covered patio provides comfortable outdoor seating and a firepit table, creating a wonderful place for evening drinks and conversation. Beside the pool, a covered pergola and outdoor dining area seats eight, with a Weber propane BBQ ready for relaxed lunches and dinners outside. Whether it's breakfast beside the pool, an afternoon swim, a little putting competition or an evening around the firepit, Villa Oceana gives you your own private outdoor retreat. Inside Villa Oceana Villa Oceana is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-level home with no internal stairs, making it particularly comfortable for families and groups travelling together. The interior combines modern comfort with a relaxed coastal feel, with quality furnishings and a calming design throughout. All three bedrooms are designed for a comfortable night's sleep, while the main living area provides plenty of room for everyone to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfast before the beach, lunch beside the pool or dinner at home. A separate laundry room with a full-size LG washer and dryer makes longer stays particularly convenient. Villa Oceana comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The POSHPADZ Prestige Collection Our Prestige Collection is designed for guests who want the privacy of a beautiful single-family vacation home with a little more included. Our Prestige homes are designed to make your vacation as easy and enjoyable as possible — arrive, settle in and enjoy your time in Florida. Just 2 Miles from Jupiter Beach One of Villa Oceana's greatest advantages is its location. Jupiter Beach is approximately 2 miles from the home, putting the Atlantic Ocean and some of the area's beautiful beaches just minutes away. Villa Oceana sits in a peaceful and private Palm Beach Gardens setting, while still keeping you close to the restaurants, shopping and attractions of both Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. Downtown at the Gardens and The Gardens Mall are only a short drive away, while Jupiter's waterfront restaurants, Harbourside Place and the Jupiter Inlet area are also within easy reach. Golfers are particularly well placed. Palm Beach Gardens is renowned for its exceptional golf, with numerous courses and PGA National nearby. You can also enjoy boating, deep-sea fishing, watersports, Jupiter Lighthouse, Roger Dean Stadium, parks, shopping and some of Palm Beach County's excellent waterfront dining. You get the peace, privacy and space of your own home, pool and tropical backyard, while remaining just minutes from the beach and everything the area has to offer. The POSHPADZ Difference POSHPADZ — Since 2006, a name you can trust. We believe a great vacation rental should be more than an attractive property. It should be beautifully prepared, professionally managed and supported by real local people when you need them. That's why every POSHPADZ Prestige guest is personally welcomed by a member of our local team on arrival. We'll familiarize you with the home, show you how everything works, answer your questions and make sure you're comfortably settled in. You'll also have our local POSHPADZ team available throughout your stay should you need assistance. Personally welcomed. Here when needed. Simply enjoy. Starter Essentials Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials to make arrival easier. Villa Oceana provides two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags. Additional baby equipment, including cribs, car seats, strollers and toys, can be rented locally through BabyQuip if required. Pool & Hot Tub Information Pool heating is available for $50 per day. The pool heater will be set to 88°F. Depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, the pool may require up to 24 hours to reach temperature. Cold weather can affect both heating time and achievable water temperature, and refunds cannot be provided where weather conditions prevent the pool from reaching the desired temperature. The pool will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival and receives weekly pool service during your stay. Additional pool cleaning can be requested for $95 per visit. Use of the 6-person hot tub is complimentary. Please allow up to approximately 12 hours for the hot tub to reach 100°F when necessary. As with any mechanical equipment, occasional faults can occur. POSHPADZ cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the hot tub or provide refunds for malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. This is such a great house! We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute, immaculately clean and they really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The show stopper at this property is really the back yard. It’s fantastic and even better than it looks in pictures. The folks from Posh Padz are friendly, very responsive and helpful. We will definitely look to rebook when back in the area. Highly recommend! A+, 5 stars!
