ABOUT THE SPACE Features: The home was built in 1875 and has since been fully renovated. The County Loft is a bright, self-contained second floor unit, featuring two cozy bedrooms, an open concept living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and 6 person dining area. Even on the gloomiest of days, The County Loft gets plenty of light, creating a feeling of sitting among the clouds while you sip your morning coffee. Bedrooms: Each bedroom has its own personality, designed to spark joy and inspire you. The loft comfortably sleeps 4 people, with two bedrooms (each furnished with a queen bed). Extra guest? No problem! The living room sofa pulls out to a cozy double bed and can accommodate an additional person. Kitchen: If your inner chef feels inspired to cook up your farmer’s market finds, the kitchen is fully equipped to help you create some culinary magic. We provide the basics - pots, pans, serving dishes, olive oil, vinegar, basic spices - you provide the knife skills. You’re on vacation, so don’t worry about the dishes - let the dishwasher take care of them for you. Other things to note: - Please note that the County Loft is one of two self-contained units with its own private entrance and self check-in. We will send you the smart lock details ahead of your arrival. - The house was built in 1875 and although we’ve done our best to soundproof it, sometimes sound will travel, so please be mindful of noise after 11pm. - There is one parking spot available for guests and additional free street parking on Washburn and Simeon street. - The floors are old white-washed pine and can easily be damaged. Please be mindful of high heels. - There is no outdoor space / backyard that comes with the loft.

Clean and amazing location

We had a lovely stay at Jamie and Puneet’s place! The home was cozy, clean, insta-esque and exactly as described. The neighbourhood felt safe and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway with my friends. Jamie and Puneet were kind and responsive hosts who made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend their place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at the County Loft! The location was perfect, and we absolutely loved the cozy decor. Jamie and Puneet were fantastic hosts - super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. We especially appreciated the guide they sent before our arrival with local tips, restaurant recommendations, and things to do - it really made planning easier. Thanks again for a great experience! One of the cutest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! The beach / coastal design is so perfect for those who are planning to visit the Sandbanks. Jamie & Puneet were so friendly, accommodating & patient. They provided a very detailed PDF of all food & activity related experiences in Picton. I will absolutely try to book their place again when I come back to Picton in the future!!

The loft was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. Jamie and Puneet were very nice and responded fast. They welcomed us with a bottle of rosé, thanks! The location is great. The beds were comfortable. The Sandbanks pass was useful. We would definitely stay there again and really recommend this place. It’s so lovely!
