The Sage Green Getaway greets you with a colorful sage green door, and opens into a stylishly decorated space that is entirely for your use during your stay! This ground floor 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for four is one of 4 apartments in this quadplex property. No shared spaces among the other units. It boasts a cute little kitchen, fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you’ll need for an evening in and a home cooked meal. Full sized stainless steel kitchen appliances are also included. 

You'll find the two comfortable queen beds with quality sheets and bedding to be a welcome place to rest your head at the end of a long day of exploring, hiking or shopping. Don't have big plans tomorrow? Close the blackout curtains and turn on the sound machine to get a little extra shut eye.

Private parking area next to the house: Each 2 BR apartment has 2 dedicated parking spaces, and each 1 BR apartment has 1 dedicated parking space. The parking spaces are numbered according to the apartment they belong to. Unit 2 will park in the spaces with a number 2 on the posts.

There is private parking located along the side of the property for your car. However major car sharing services, such as Uber or Lyft, are easily accessible and can take you almost anywhere downtown in 10 minutes or less.

This is a ground floor apartment. 

There are train tracks a block away. A sound machine is provided for guest use, if needed. There are also some great 8-10 hour sleep sounds available to play on your phone from the YouTube app that may better suit your tastes. 

There are 2 steps up onto the front porch. 

There is a ditch along the street front portion of the property. Watch your step!

No pets or animals allowed, No smoking of any kind is permitted and No parties or gatherings.

This property is located in a safe, quiet, regular "Joe" working class neighborhood.

There is no paid cable or paid streaming app service for TV viewing. You will need to log in to your own streaming app subscriptions to watch television. There are also some free viewing options in the menu.

My daughter graduated from college this past weekend, so I booked this property for the two of us to stay for three nights and for two additional people for one night. This property is AWESOME and exactly as described in the posting. Very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay.
