Little Nest Cottage

My husband, our little Dachshund, and I had the pleasure of staying at Little Nest in March, and it truly was the perfect getaway. The location is absolutely stunning, set in the picturesque Kingham village which is beautiful in itself, and so close to Daylesford Farm and Chipping Norton. It’s the kind of place where everything slows down, and you can just breathe.

The interiors of Little Nest are beautiful, a perfect mix of thoughtful design balanced with comfort. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt instantly at home. It’s rare for us to completely switch off, but this place made it so easy. We were able to relax in a way we haven’t been able to in a long time.

We spent our days sipping coffee by the fire, taking in the calm atmosphere, and simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the village. Little Nest gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and charm, and we left feeling completely recharged. We can’t wait to come back.

What a perfect retreat!

Booked for a few days with my partner & mother in law and wow what a beautiful place to stay!
It was stunningly clean, the interior was beautiful and Rachel was so helpful!
The airbnb was in a great spot, well equipped and Rachel gave us so much information about the local towns and villages! She checked in on us to make sure we were okay via message and the check in/ check out process was so easy!
My partner is quite tall and some of the air bnbs we have stayed in before have been quite small for him but not this one!! It was absolutely stunning and we will 100% be coming back to Rachel’s cottage again!

The most unreal stay!

WE DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE!!!!!!!!
My friend and I had a two night stay as a belated crimbo pressie. Firstly the location is brilliant but turning the key and walking into the Little Nest immediately made us feel relaxed. I’ve watched Rachel’s renovation of this gorgeous cottage on Insta and she has created perfection. I’m an interior designer myself and basically want to restart my own home!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Not only was the interior exquisite it still felt super homely especially with all the pretty and thoughtful touches included. Even fresh bread, eggs and butter.
We walked to Daylesford Farm which I highly recommend. It’s brilliant but walking also means you can’t spend as much!
Def an all year round cottage to stay at. I will be booking for winter this year!xx

Country Escape!

I somehow found The Little Nest on Instagram a few years ago, just as you were starting the renovation. I loved following along and was completely charmed by every detail and knew that one day, I would have to see it person! We live in the States, but my husband is originally from the UK and I hoped that we work in a trip to the Cotswolds when we were over visiting family. My wish came true, and last week, we were able to arrange a short visit through the region, AND a stay at your lovely cottage😍. The Little Nest met and exceeded my expectations and we had an absolutely magical stay. We loved everything about the cottage and the charming village of Kingham. I can’t wait for a future visit to the Cotswolds and to see The Little Nest again one day!
