Welcome to our Mini Mansion! This is a We Stay Coastal property. We designed and built this unique, custom ADU home. We have lived here for many years, but are transitioning to something larger with our two kids. Though the footprint of the home is the size of a two car garage, the vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and large kitchen/bathroom make it feel spacious. Garage doors open to a large patio/driveway, bringing in a nice breeze during warm summer months. We are a quick walk from the beach.

"Studio Loft," Urban Garden

My husband, our 17-month-old daughter, and I stayed in this home for a week. It was exactly what we needed. The open concept and garage doors opening to the backyard gave our little one plenty of space to explore. I loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. The best part was being within walking distance of all the must-visit spots in Oceanside. We enjoyed sunsets on the pier every night. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our needs. You can tell they truly love and care for this space. Thanks for everything!

Spacious for our family

We stayed at Rachel’s place for about 5 months and it was fantastic. The garage is in a great spot - close to freeway access, to the beach, and to great restaurants. Rachel was also great at communicating and accommodating our needs. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others, especially in the summer months. Thanks Rachel!

Fantastic 5 month stay

Rachel’s place was amazing convenient and a great stay. Her property manager is super helpful with any questions you have about the property and the local area. It is a wonderful place to stop by and enjoy Oceanside.

Wonderful Place to Enjoy Oceanside

We had such a pleasant stay at Rachel's place. It was the perfect size for two people and was so spacious and easy to host guests, especially with the double garage doors that opened up. It's a short walk to the beach or to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, or bars. The weather was perfect the whole time and the backyard area is the perfect place to lay out, relax, read a book, or just sit and chat with friends. The property manager, Peter, was so helpful and always responded to any questions immediately and went above and beyond with attending to us and making our stay pleasant. We are so thankful for our time here and would love to come stay again!!

Perfect for two people
