Located on the bank of the New Klamath river, this home is perfect for your rafting trip, family vacation, or leadership / corporate retreat. 
This 2500 square ft cabin sits on 2 acres of land. It is fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen that is ideal for groups of all kinds. 
It has a great deck overlooking the river, a 7 person hot tub, wood burning stove, corn hole, ladder ball, horse shoe pits, and a community swimming pool in the summer. This 3 story house has a bunk room downstairs (2 sets of bunk beds). On the main floor, it has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 more bedrooms and a half bath. Guest have private / exclusive access to the entire 2 acre property, including the deck, yard, river viewing deck, horse shoe pit, etc. This is in a very rural community. There are only about 30 houses along the lake and it's very peaceful and quiet. The closest store is 45 mins away. Copco is a beautiful yet remote area. It's very quiet and peaceful, but is about 30 mins from the freeway and nearest gas station. The nearest real town is Yreka which is about 45 mins away.
