The mother-in-law suite&nbsp;located downstairs is&nbsp;accessed separately from outside. This cozy space features a queen bed, kitchenette, and full bath, offering guests breathtaking views of the jungle.&nbsp;

So Blue Indigo sits on the hill of Section D, also known as Huaquitas—the scenic ridge beside Huacas. Perfectly positioned between Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones, this location offers the best of both worlds: the convenience of being close to beaches, restaurants, and yoga studios, while enjoying the tranquility and privacy of a jungle retreat.&nbsp; 

TRAFFIC NOISE
Traffic noise is to be expected due to proximity with the main road. 
LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT&nbsp;
Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.&nbsp;
So Blue Indigo features its own independent water containment system, including a 1,000-gallon catchment tank. This setup significantly minimizes water concerns and ensures reliable water availability.
If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.&nbsp;
These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.&nbsp;
SAFETY & CANCELLATION&nbsp;
While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.&nbsp;
Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.&nbsp;
Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.&nbsp;

SO BLUE INDIGO | MODERN VILLA WITH POOL AND JUNGLE VIEWS

Loved our stay!!! Location was right in the heart of everything. Minutes away to playa pelada beach, guiones beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The house was beautiful and super clean. Loved the layout, multiple decks and pool. Well stocked kitchen so we could cook meals. Beautiful sunsets right from our deck😍 communication with host was great. I highly recommend Oscar & Drew with Samadhi Surf & yoga…private yoga on our deck and amazing surfing at guiones beach. Would book this location again. FYI as per the other reviews the noise from the traffic on the main is loud.

Great location and a great host. The property was very clean and ready for us. The property is directly next to the highway which is extremely loud at all hours which we were not aware of. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Amazing house and host! Perfect trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Indigo! The house was very comfortable, super clean and just perfect for our 2 week stay. The property management was very responsive, gave us clear instructions for check in and even provided cleaning services during our stay. I have travelled to Nosara many times so I am familiar with the area. This Airbnb’s location work perfect for us, directly in the center of both beaches and we would stay here again for sure! I only wouldn’t recommend this place if someone won’t have a car or atv during their stay, and if they would desire a quiet place, as this house is basically on the main road so there is noise from the car, trust etc.

Amazing place to stay in Costa Rica and discover beautiful Nosara! I highly recommend for surfing at Guiones beach and for families too. Excellent location, everything very close by but a car is still needed. Having in mind we wanted to have a rest from the city and be surrounded by the sounds of nature, we found this place very noisy all day and night… a main road is passing by very close to the house and made our night not so peaceful. I’ll still recommend staying here and have a nice experience of these area of Costa Rica! 🇨🇷
