Downtown - Standpoint Tower 3 BR - 703

The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and two full baths. It is located right behind dubai mall and burj khalifa is to the left of the property. The location is fantastic. Building is managed by emaar so security is top notch. Property manager, farooq, was very responsive to my messages and met us in person for the handover. Two things that are worth noting is that the swimming pool is under major construction and the amenities in the apartment like cooking essentials and toilet rolls are not sufficient.
