The dining area has seating for 8 persons and a kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay. Guest bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. 
 
Upstairs, you will find the 3 modern bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed. The main bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor. 
 
Outside, the spacious garden offers a barbecue area, outside shower, dining area, comfortable seating area, sun-loungers and a large private pool with plenty of sunshine during the day.

The villa was brand new and perfect with a heated pool and a huge jacuzzi, billiards table games, soccer table, air hockey, Sony 5 console and everything you could ask for and more. The owner is an amazing person and was available for any request immediately. A perfect experience, perfect without words.

We have just returned from Cyprus after staying in this wonderful villa, we had a fantastic stay, the villa was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect with floating beds (which were very welcome in the heat) Location was great, a 2 minute walk from the strip, and it was so quiet, I can honestly say, everything was 10/10, booking to go back next year, we enjoyed it that much!
