Vivenda da Fonte (Sleeps 6) impressive 3 bedroom villa is situated in its own 3000sqm fully fenced and gated plot, with mature gardens and large lawn. Situated in the Areias Dos Moinhos area, just a 15 minute walk from Carvoeiro centre, with sea views. On entering the villa you will see that the villa centres around a small central courtyard that brings lots of light into the property. To the right of the front door is large open plan lounge and dining area with seating for 6 plus people. The lounge area has, sofa, chairs, a large TV with an IPTV system offering multinational TV and sport channels (If you have netflix you can login into your own account as well, via an app). The dining area there is a large table and chairs. Patio doors lead out to the stunning shaded and pool terrace. Leading round from the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric hob, 90cm oven. There is a back door from the kitchen that leads to the BBQ area and back round to the pool terrace. Also just off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and an american fridge freezer for your drinks. To the left of the entrance are two large bedrooms with superking/twin beds, built in wardrobes each with their own safe. Patio doors from these lead onto there own seating area to the front of the house. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other has an adjoining shower room that can also be accessed by guests. There is a staircase that leads up to the first floor and a master bedroom with built in wardrobe with safe inside, dressing table and en suite shower and bathroom. Patio doors lead to the roof terrace, this can also be accessed by a door at the top of the stairs. The roof terrace is a perfect sun trap with beautiful sea views Vivenda da Fonte has a beautiful 10m x 5m swimming pool that can be heated, accessed by roman steps sloping from a shallow to a deep end. There is also a small separate area for the little ones to paddle. The pool is surrounded by a walled terrace with built in pool shower and overlooked from the shaded patio areas of the house. There is outdoor furniture for 6+ people, including sunbeds, table and chairs. To the side of the house near the kitchen is the BBQ area. The property has a large mature garden with sweeping lawn and seasonal fruit trees. The house has parking for 2 or 3 cars and the drive circles around a palm tree by the front door. This property is one of a kind and sure to offer clients a stunning place to relax or use as a base to enjoy the Algarve. Vivenda da Fonte (Sleeps 6) Heatable Pool, Lawn, Game tables

Spent a wonderful 10 nights in the gorgeous Vivenda da Fonte. The villa is all that we hoped for and more. Very clean with everything we needed as a family of 5. The grounds around the villa were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a big hit with our children and the table tennis, fussball were an added bonus.
Alex met us on arrival and showed us around, was always available for any questions we had. 
We couldn't recommend the villa enough .

Stunning Villa !!!

By a country mile the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is of the highest quality inside and out. Every room is so well appointed and the pool, games and outside terrace areas are top drawer. The gardens are beautifully manicured especially when viewed from the upstairs exterior terrace. We were genuinely sorry to leave after our two weeks but managed to cram in some golf, sailing and a variety of great food. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Alex and his team were great to deal with throughout.

Excellent villa.Probably the best we have stayed in over the last 30 years of holidaying in Carvoeiro. 
Alex was very helpful with everything. We hired a car from company he recommended. Very good price.
Used Bolt each evening down to village and they were always very good .

Best Villa we have every stayed in

We had an excellent stay at Vivenda da Fonte and really is a lovely villa. The villa is equipped with everything that you need  and very spacious and light inside.  The pool is a great size and gets the sun all day but there are plenty of umbrellas and also the covered terrace for shade. The landscaped garden area was full of colour and well maintained. The roof terrace also provides Panoramic views. The wifi was excellent and also full channels on the tv. This is the 2nd time we have used Alex and and highly recommend 

Excellent Villas

We stayed here for our second week of our holiday and the villa did not disappoint. The villa is a great size with a lovely pool area. The roof terrace was an added bonus with a comfy sofa and the the view was amazing. I would highly recommend Vivenda da Fonte and Pac4Portual.
