Situated in one of the most private buildings of the exclusive beachfront development, El Encanto de La Laguna, this recently renovated penthouse offers breathtaking views over the Sea of Cortez from a wrap-around terrace. Equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay, C301 is a perfect getaway place for a couple or for a small family.
The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay. 
A shared outdoor entertaining area includes BBQ grills, a large palapa with sinks, mini fridges, ice makers, and an infinity-edged pool with a swim up bar. Plenty of outdoor seating for dining and relaxing and only a short walk to a quiet, pristine beach.  CDC cleaning standards.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
Guest bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Partial ocean view.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Available for long term rentals
Max occupancy - 4 people.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

C301 Oceanview Penthouse. Beachclub and Yacht Membership

This place was a dream to stay at! Susana was our concierge and she was amazing and helpful! Very special and beautifully furnished condo, very private and lovely. The beach club is so fun and has quiet private vibes! It was so quiet and so lovely! We had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon!!

The corner penthouse we rented was absolutely gorgeous! It overlooked the ocean from every lounge chair, rocking chair, table, etc. We do wish we had rented a car because it wasn’t easy to get an Uber and taxi’s were a bit pricey. But overall, this was the most beautiful airbnb we’ve rented to date!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at your property. The condo and view were great. Communication and check-in was a breeze thanks to the concierge service. Quick walk to the pool club with great food and bartenders. We will definitely be back!

Great place. Highly recommend. I would love to come back for another stay. PLC is the best vacation golf course and this home is less than 2 miles away. Golfer pro tip buy the 3 round package.

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful. The development was quite empty due to Covid, and it was away from the craziness, but that is exactly what we were looking for. Almost a private beach to ourselves. We were lucky enough to meet the owners, and they made our stay even better! We loved our time here, and our new friends. We would definitely come back again!
