This beautiful brand new penthouse has 2,428 sq ft of interior living space and 627 sq ft of covered terrace. It offers a spacious floor plan with high ceilings, wood beams, high-end appliances, granite counters, and great ocean views. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and it is located on the third floor of the Villas Del Sol building of Phase II. 
The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay. 
The common areas are very open with lush landscaping, one of the most phenomenal infinity pools in all of Los Cabos, Jacuzzi, a gas BBQ, palapa bar, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a fire-pit. The condo is located approximately 500 feet to a beautiful white sand beach that is very private, quiet and great for relaxing. There is so much to see and do in Los Cabos and more specifically the area known as La Laguna. The perfect location for outdoor adventure, fun, or simply relaxing. CDC cleaning standards.

Del Sol 301 Oceanview Penthouse. Beachclub and Yacht Members

Coming home to a wet and cold Canada after two weeks in glorious sun by the beach and pool at Encanto de Laguna is to land with a firm bump. I can heartily recommend staying here for winter sunshine. The condo is amazing, spacious and lives up to the photos. The balcony offers ocean views to watch whales, sunrises and sunsets. The pool just below is often empty and adds to the peace and quiet of the property. The beach is 2 mins stroll and the beach club is 5 mins. The club offers great food and drinks in an understated and attentive atmosphere to either enjoy all day or after the gym or beach. We booked mainly because Maria, a concierge, was quick to answer questions and offer help to make our stay effortless. A car necessary as it’s about 15 mins from town and we needed it to enjoy the East Cape surfing, Acre, snorkelling at Palmilla, and then nearby old town of San Jose. Depending on your view and taste this isn’t a “Cabo” stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated with care, respect and warmth and a real sense we’d joined a relaxed and private community. If you need more the big hotel scene then this may be too quiet. We thought that it would backfire for our 3 teenagers but they loved the relaxed and private vibe. In winter you can swim the beach if you are confident with a crash and dump break. Otherwise drive to Palmilla and take some goggles or snorkel gear. In the end we left wondering if we should try to buy here because we will be back. One tip - do not believe anyone at the airport about activities and reductions etc because they are inevitably linked to a timeshare viewing with a hard sell. Just get to Encanto and then organise your trip. Maria and her team would be more than happy to help.

Amazing Property and Stay

Condo 301 del sol was great, awesome views and great amenities, everything was as advertised and pictured. Susana the concierge was great to work with and was always ready to help and communication was great!

Beautiful Condo and views

Gorgeous condo - tall ceilings, great kitchen with everything we needed, beautifully furnished. The overstuffed pillows on the beds and the couch were so comfy and pretty.

The pool is big enough to swim laps in, and there were rarely any other people in it or around it. 

The beach goes on and on. We took walks every day at least once.

The development is quiet. The landscape is stunningly beautiful. This place is so perfect that we really are sad to leave.

Could not say enough about this wonderful condo! We stayed in Del Sol 301 Dec 23rd-Dec30th 2017. We are a family of 6 ( kids in their 20's). I was a bit nervous on location and thought it might be a little far from town for us, but this was NOT the case at all!! It is a10 min drive to San Jose Del Cabo, so we decided to rent a car. There were others there that used a convenient driver to get places, but most rented a car. My kids loved it and we spent a lot of family time at beach, pool, hiking, playing cards and cooking. The condo is stunning with a wonderful kitchen, super comfortable beds and a cozy family/living room. The best part was the wrap around balcony and outside BBQ area. Sunsets were spectacular!
Alilat and Maria were wonderful in helping plan our trip. We mostly dealt with Alilat. She was very quick to reply to email and organized our ride from airport, had a rent a car waiting for us at condo, had a meal waiting for us on our arrival, helped booked an in house chef and organized our snorkeling trip. The area is so beautiful and was very quiet and absolutely no worry about safety as it is a gated community with 24 hr guard. Pool was great and a restaurant called Buzzards was just a walk away. They are building a beach club which should be ready for next year-that will really add a nice place to hang near the beach as there are no stores or other restaurants near by. You can swim at the beach.

Again, this was an amazing trip and our kids loved our choice of where to stay. I was worried they would have been happier in Cabo St. Lucas near all the stores and bars-but when we went there a few times, they all commented on how they appreciated where we were. We also wanted a trip where we were all together and they were not going out every night!

There were several smaller kids at the pool as well. The drive to Cabo St Lucas is only about 30 min on a great highway-but I think if you have a family that wants to be able to walk into town and not rent a car-then I think El Encanto might be a little too out of the way for you. Also, make sure you pick up groceries when you are in town in San Jose Del Cabo-as there are no stores near the condo. Highly recommend going to Acre restaurant just 5 min drive away. Also went to Flora Farm which a lot of people like, but we did not like as much.
