Castillo de Arena is a private  4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom  beachfront home with approximately 3,500 sq ft of interior air-conditioned space. Its unique iterior, breathtaking views and priviliged location make it a perfect getaway. The house boasts a spacious pool area with jacuzzi, BBQ and swim-up bar. Upper floor terrace is a perfect spot for enjoying Baja sunsets and sunrises. The villa has a private beach access. 
The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
Master bedroom #2, top floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
Guest bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.
Guest bedroom #2, top floor, has 4 loft beds and 2 fold-away beds and a full bathroom. Partial ocean view.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Max occupancy - 10 people.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

María y Nicol se portaron increíble, siempre atentas y sobre todo al pendiente de nuestra familia, siempre hubo recomendaciones y desde nuestra llegada estuvieron al pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades y flexibles. El lugar, la vista todo increíble definitivo volvemos.

Gran lugar. Despertar con el ruido de las olas del mar es un privilegio. La playa casi desierta todo el día la hace muy atractiva en especial para el disfrute contemplativo. Largas caminatas en una arena suave también aumenta su valor. Las noches con poca contaminación de luz son memorables. Gran lugar, a unos kilometros de San José. La casa con arquitectura española-californiana, creo, tiene reminiscencias de Malibú. Linda casa. Cómoda para 3 parejas y 4 niños que duermen en un cuarto con literas. Todos muy amables.

Wow!! We had an absolutely incredible time at El Encanto. It is exactly as pictured, if not better. The location and views and just perfect, the pool and the surroundings were amazing. The staff was incredible, Susana was so helpful leading up to our stay as well as during and after when we realized we left some things! Cannot say enough good things and we will absolutely be back!

As a luxury vacation rental owner, I can say that they thought of everything. I would absolutely return! The beach is quiet and great for a long walk. We loved seeing whales from the pool. I can't say enough great things! Roberto and Maria could not have been nicer or more helpful! Thank you!
