B302 Penthouse is a private 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom oceanview condo with 3,080 sq ft of interior air-conditioned space. From the moment you walk into the residence, you cannot help but go directly to the enormous 1,100 sq ft wrap-around terrace perfect for dining, lounging, sunset, ocean and whale watching and take in the sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez. The condo offers privacy, luxury details throughout, along with ample space for indoor/outdoor living. 
Guests are welcome to use the infinity pool, jacuzzi, outside cooking area, swim-up palapa bar and the fire pit in the common areas. 
The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
Master bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
Guest bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Partial ocean view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Occupancy - 8 people. 2 extra guests can be added for an additional fee of 75 usd per guest per day.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

Seascape Oceanview Penthouse. Beachclub and Yacht Membership

Our family stayed in this beautiful location for a week in July (3 grown kids with their spouses , my husband and I). Sometimes I get nervous that the actual location won't match the pictures on the internet...that was NOT the case here! The home is stunning, classy and equipped with everything we needed. We took turns cooking meals in the amazing, spacious kitchen, enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings and had plenty of space to play games, eat and enjoy our time. Each couple had their own room with en suite bathroom and we had plenty of space to gather in the living area or on the huge balcony. It would be the perfect whale watching spot if you are there at the right time for that. The towels were thick and beds/pillows were comfy! There were beach towels and chairs for us to use and a cooler. 
The owners really thought of everything for their guests! I highly recommend this beautiful penthouse Villa!
