We are located in a beautiful community known as Pocono Farms. Here you have access to amenities including gym, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, pool, beaches, playground and lake for electric boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. There is even a golf course! 
There is so much to do in our area just minutes from the house. We are located near all major amenities including:

All bookings will come with amenity badges. which will allow for use of the community amenities. Which include kayak and paddle board rentals. For beach access 6 guest will be for free, any additional guest will be $10 per person
Damage Protection- The $75 charge listed as “Administrative fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required!
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights. Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.
