Salinas Sunrise

The property was beautiful. Everything looked brand new. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Steve did a great job of communicating with various family members. It was great to have the beach gear at our disposal. We also enjoyed playing pickleball at the nearby courts and enjoyed the nature walk across the street which had sunset views of the bay. It was a great multi-generational vacation.

Steve was a wonderful host! He was very communicative and offered good recommendations for things in the area. His home had plenty of space for our party of 11! The kitchen is nice and big, which made meal times easier with such a large group, and the second living space on the first floor was a win with the teens in the group.I highly recommend this vacation home!

House was large and great location. We were looking for a place to have a restful beach vacation. This was it. Steve was very responsive. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts across the street, sunsets from the boardwalk, beach walks, and live music a 5 minute walk down the road. State park had great surf fishing. House has beach chairs, beach cart, and all the kitchen accessories needed to cook onsite. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t have rain but if we did, there are tv’s in every room and lots of games to choose from.

My family and I very much enjoyed this home. Beautiful home, beautiful area. We had absolutely no issues.

Fantastic house and stay. 2-3 minute walk from the beach was perfect to be able to go back and forth from the beach. Would definitely stay again and hope to stay again soon!
