Oceanview Condo - 2nd floor - "Alexander"

We had a really nice stay in Sam's apartment. It was really spacious and clean and we had everything we needed for a pleasant time in Newport Beach. All of the beds were very comfortable. The heating worked well on colder days. The washing machines was in the basement and shared, and whenever we wanted to do the laundry, there was at least one machine available to use. The apartment was in fact closer to the ocean than we could tell from the pictures. It was just lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the sea. The host was very helpful and kind and the check in procedure went extremely smooth. It was a great benefit to have a garage for the car, too. We also found Newport to be such a wonderful place! We are so happy with both the apartment and its location in LA.

Spacious and Clean.

Outstanding location in a quiet & safe space for families. Lots to do in the area, parking was a plus, and we appreciated the plentiful towels/bedding/soap, etc. So abundant and thoughtful to ensure we had everything we needed for the week! Overall, we’d stay here again—nothing like a beach sunrise/sunset!

Safe Space for Families.

This unit is a great space and the location can’t be beat. Less than one block to downtown Newport Beach with great views of the ocean from the deck. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Location Can’t be Beat.
