Grab a kayak from the garage and spend the day exploring the coast from this homey beachfront retreat. Fire up the grill on the top deck for leisurely evening dinners, or curl up in the leather and rattan armchair and sip a chilled glass of wine. This house is the perfect combination of both comfortable luxury and minimalist beach vibes.
You won't find a better location suited for spending quality time with the ones you love. The garage comes stacked with bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, paddle boards, beach chairs, and all the beach equipment and toys you can imagine. The rooftop deck is the perfect spot for family dinner while enjoying the greatest sunsets Newport has to offer. Ride your bike down to the balboa area and ride the ferry across the harbor to historic balboa island and grab a famous frozen banana.

Seaside Home - Full home rental - Beachfront

We were thrilled with our stay! We had ages ranging from 8 months -73 and there was something for everyone. We used all of the MANY toys that were provided -which we noticed from the bike and surf rental a few doors down saved us a lot of money and time. Paddle boarding near dolphins and seals, watching the kids spend hours wake boarding, playing paddle tennis on the beach, riding bikes on the boardwalk or to a local restaurant (Sancho’s was our fav)or sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves...it’s all here! Also, if your a cook, you’ll appreciate the high end appliances and many grilling spaces. We will definitely be coming back and we’re so thankful for the hospitality and amazing communication and guidance provided. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Fantastic Week!

This is the perfect beach house—location, amenities, bikes/beach gear, Pack ‘n Play, quality appliances/service items, three decks/balconies, two grills, etc. House is modern and stylish throughout. Garage accommodated huge Suburban we rented for our extended family (grandparents, children and grandchildren). Hosts wee amazing—responsive and very kind/thoughtful. Highest recommendation.

Highest Recommendation.

Beautiful home with an amazing location!!! Loved all the extra amenities...especially all the bikes available to cruise down the beachfront!

Love the Bikes!

This is a true Oceanfront, 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, plus a rooftop, each bedroom has its own bath, master suite was gigantic and private, this place was so beautifully laid out the pics don’t do it justice. Super clean, comfy beds, nice towels, and a garage full of beach bikes & surfboards. There is a stunning view from each floor. The lower level with kitchenette was perfect for younger kids. Bbq on top and bottom levels. The hostesses returned messages within 4 minutes and even got us an extra parking space in a private garage 10 steps away. No annoying checkout instructions. Run, don’t walk, to get this place.

True Oceanfront.

If you are reading this review, please stop reading, go reserve this property and come back to finish this review. It is one of the most amazing houses I have ever been in because of its location, amenities and the view. It is located just 50 steps from the Newport Beach pier. You are steps away from bars, coffee shops and restaurants. You are 10 steps away from the beach. My kids and nephews (1.5 to 5 years old) had the perfect week. The house was safe for them and the beach was simply amazing. The house came with bikes, beach chairs and wagons that we put into good use. One of the ladder to the bunk bed was loose and the property manager was on site within hours to fix the ladder. The view from the rooftop deck was perfect to enjoy our BBQ dinner cooked in the Lynx grill located on the ground floor. Thank you Sam for an unforgettable week.

Perfect Week.
