Located on the Esplanade, overlooking the Bay and central to the best that Mornington has to offer, you can leave your car parked in a private car spot and walk across the road to the Beach, the Park or a short, one-minute walk to Main Street, where you can visit one of the many restaurants, bars and boutique shops available. Or use the Beach House as a base to explore the many other attractions that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for, then return at night to unwind as you watch the sun setting over the bay.

Bayside Beach House Mornington

Perfect for my wife and I and our two adult sons and their partners. Would definitely stay here again.
+ Location and size.
- Not being able to bring our little dog.

Perfect for my wife & I & our two adult sons & their partners. Would definitely stay here again.

The location to the mornington park and Main Street area was perfect and there was a view to the water. Would highly recommend.

Location to Mornington park and Main Street was perfect

So happy to have found Sam’s place. It had enough space for the family, and the kitchen was well equipped, with nice notes of letting us know what snacks were left there for us complimentary. The location is unbeatable being so close to Main Street which gets pretty crowded on weekends. With kids, the playground located just a short walk away in the park just in front was also great. On our first night, we noticed the cot had cracked and Sam was super responsive and got a brand new replacement cot delivered the next morning along with some chocolates. Mornington is a beautiful location that my family has made great memories at, using it as a base for seeing the Penguin parade at Philip Island, and wineries & animal farms in the Mornington area. We seemed to be the one of few tourists in the neighbourhood but hopefully more people get to check out this location and the beautiful Airbnbs in the area like Sam’s.

Unbeatable location

Beautifully presented, spotless, cozy yet luxurious, with thoughtful touches and great amenities!
The property was in the perfect location, it was styled beautifully, felt cozy but also luxurious at the same time! It had everything we needed & was spotless clean! The view was amazing, watching the sun glistening over the water & waking up to the sun glistening over the waves! It also smelt beautiful (great choice of decanter). The host was very responsive, friendly & generous! From the moment we walked in we felt safe & content with the smart locks on each door. We wish we stayed for longer than a night & as a group agreed we would be back!
We did not want to leave!

A perfect stay!

Great place to stay/ location for a family event
