Liberty Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect little getaway! The property was beautiful, quiet, and secluded. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, cooking on the Blackstone, and exploring the trails! The option to paint rocks was such a fun and unique touch, and we loved the adorable little guest book! And of course, we can’t forget Wednesday, the resident cat, who was incredibly friendly and made our stay even sweeter! What really stood out to us was the attention to detail. All of the extra amenities and thoughtful little touches that you hope for when staying somewhere away from home. It felt like the hosts had thought of everything! Marc was welcoming and accommodating, which made the entire experience even better. We also loved knowing we were supporting a small business. The warmth of small-town hosting with the privacy and tranquility of a rural escape equaled a great experience! Highly recommend!

Tranquility

It is a wonderful getaway, to rest and relax. The hosts are great people. It's beautiful and quiet, also there is a hiking trail with caves.

Wonderful

They thought of everything you could need for your stay ,even if you forget a toothbrush they have some as well as other personal items you might need. Hot tub , outdoor shower were great.

Thoughtful

Worth every penny! Caretakers cottage is a peaceful place to escape everyday life. We went hiking and enjoyed the evenings in the whirlpool and by the fireplace. The cottage is equipped with all the necessities plus some thoughtful extras like the little s’mores kit. The space was super clean and the towels and robes were even softer than in most hotels. We also loved the overall interior and decorations. As a bonus we were able to enjoy the company of the hosts dog and cat. Both of them are lovely souls and a pleasure to have around on the porch. Liberty retreat is a recommendation for everyone who is looking for a tasteful and cozy place to stay close to nature. Thanks for having us!

Worth It
