Less than 20 minutes to SeaWorld & The Gaslamp District, and only 25 minutes to the world famous San Diego Zoo. Minimum age to rent is 30. Caretaker may be on property in ADU situated well away from main house, down in the canyon, under one of the large decks. Depending on the dates of your stay, you may request caretaker not be on-site.</p>
