ATTENTION NOVEMBER-JANUARY GUESTS: Our complex will be under renovations starting in October. Each balcony will be power-washed, repaired and painted. We don't have an exact time when this will occur for our unit. Because of this we have DEEP DISCOUNTS running Nov. 15-Jan. 31. If you are here during the time our balcony is being done the furniture will need to come in to our unit. We can have someone help you bring it in if necessary. There will be noise and vibrations between 8 and 5 p.m. when they are doing our building. Perfect for your next family vacation, our condo features a main living area with open concept. The bedroom can be closed off by the barn door though it's not a tight seal. Full bath with nice tub for soaking and a washer/dryer. The second bed is a full-sized pullout sofa. Many of our furnishings are custom-made or unique to only our condo! For the angler we have a covered fish cleaning station right on the boat dock. And charcoal grills on the property. We have a smart TV but no cable. All amenities are free and there are NO RESORT FEES. And the beach is right across the street so you won't have to drive somewhere and search for parking!

We have been coming to Sandy Feet Retreat for several years. The past couple of years we have been coming twice a year. We love coming there it gives home vibes as soon as you walk through the door. Waking up every morning drinking our coffee and sitting on the balcony and watching the sun come up is amazing. The private beach is right across the road with easy access. The residents are amazing and helpful. Just down the road from restaurants with easy access to everything. I cannot think of one draw back.

Our quiet place☀️🌴

We love going to Sandyfeetreat! We have stayed here 2 years in a row and are planning on returning next year. The view is amazing! You feel right at home as soon as you step through the door. It is always clean and comfortable. The owners are very easy to work with and very responsive. You can’t go wrong about choosing to stay here.

I love this place.

We highly recommend the Sandy Feet Retreat. Very comfortable condo, short walk to the beach, beautiful gulf view and everything you need for a great beach vacation. My favorite beach.
