PROPERTY LAYOUT
PRIMARY BEDROOM: The primary Bedroom on the third floor boasts a king bed, spacious ensuite bathroom & 50 inch TV. BEDROOMS 2 and 3: Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the second floor. They both have a queen bed. There is 1 full bathroom on this floor. BEDROOM 4 and 5: Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the top floor (4th). They both have a queen bed. This floor has 2 full bathrooms. BASEMENT: We have an office room with a desk and chair, as well the 5th full bathroom of the home. Our laundry room is here as well.
 
 GUEST ACCESS:
• You will have access to the entire 5 level townhome • 2 parking spots are located in the garage. Overnight street parking is NOT permitted. It can lead to a parking ticket.

LOCATION (distance by car): We are located in Downsview Park near all the major highways conveniently connecting you to all parts of the Greater Toronto Area. Downsview Park & Scotia Bank Pond - 3 minutes Rogers Stadium - 3 minutes York university- 8 minutes north Pearson airport - 15 minutes west Downtown - 30 minutes south Canada’s wonderland - 20 minutes north



HOUSE RULES:
• Absolutely no Parties & events. • Mark the actual amount of guests that will be staying. Max capacity is 10 persons including any visitors. This means that the total amount of overnight guests and visitors cannot exceed 10 people in total. This is a firm rule. • Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We are a better fit for non-smokers. • No shoes to be worn inside to ensure hygiene and cleanliness. • No pets.
