Plenty of lounge chairs are available during the spring and summer months, providing the perfect place to relax beside the heated pool (open June 1 – October 14).

The home offers approximately 2,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space and includes:

****************POOL DETAILS****************
•  The pool is ONLY open from June 1- Oct 1

•  The pool is heated to 84 F. Unlike many other properties, we do NOT charge to heat the pool. This is included in the rental rate. 

•  The Pool is cleaned precisely every Friday morning. 

POOL RULES:
• Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times when inside or near the pool. 

• Pool has a deep end. Not recommended to venture to the deep end if you aren’t able to swim or have consumed alcohol. Guests are responsible for their safety.

PLEASE NOTE:
The driveway is shared with a separate laneway house located on the property. The laneway house is NOT included with this rental. It  is occupied by a mature couple.. 

The laneway house is a completely separate residence and is NOT attached to the Airbnb home. Its occupants do not have access to the house, backyard, pool, sauna, or any amenities associated with this rental. All of the advertised amenities are completely private. The only shared area is the driveway.

Guests have three designated parking space located on the right-hand side of the driveway.

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list. 

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy. 

• Absolutely no parties or events.

• Guests must agree to the pool rules stated above

• Max capacity is 9 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 9 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.  

• No pets of any kind. 

• No outdoor shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
