Welcome to The Lake House on Bear Lake. This newly built cottage is a masterpiece. Featuring direct lake access with a dock and a shallow entry it is perfect for everyone, especially your little ones. The Lake House features 5 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms including the Primary Suite ensuite which has an amazing soaking tub and separate shower with jets and a rain shower head. The large open concept living/dining/kitchen will ensure that even if you are cooking you won't miss out on the action.
The kitchen is a chef's dream! There is ample counter space for everyone to come and help out. There is a large coffee station with a kettle and Keurig Coffee Maker, a gas stove and oven, dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer.
The living area has enough seating for the entire family and 75" Smart TV so you can watch movies and stream from any of your platforms. If you prefer, there are games available and the entire family can join in. You can even use the large dining table for Games Night. Are you wine drinker? There is a bar with a wine fridge so that you can keep your drinks cool and ready!
The Lake House's 5 bedrooms can easily sleep 10 people. 3 of them have bunks and are perfect for the kids. The primary suite will be your oasis away from the rest of the family as it is located on the upper level. It has an eastern exposure so you can wake up to great summer views. If you are cool why not turn on the gas fireplace? And if you really need to relax, take a long bath in the magnificent soaking tub.
On the main level are the other 4 bedrooms and the family bath. With a combined shower/tub it is ideal for adults and kids. Don't worry, there is also a half bath on the main floor.
Outside on the upper deck you will find a gas BBQ and a smoker. Make sure to bring your favourite pellets and show off your skills to the family! There is a large amount of seating and a dining area on the upper deck. If you want to relax after a long day of fun on the water or you have sore muscles from kayaking or paddle boating, head to the lower deck and take a dip in the large hot tub. When you are done there you can shift over to the sofa and relax a bit before rejoining the gang.
Did I just mention a day on the water? As you can see from the pictures the cottage is right at the lake's edge. There is a shallow sand entry for the kids (or the kids at heart). There is also a large dock so bring your boat and take the family fishing or out on the lake for the day.
No matter what you are looking for, we have it here at The Lake House and we look forward to hosting you soon!

The Lake House on Bear Lake

A great cottage week for the family. One large room keeps us together. Sean was great at keeping in touch. Thanks.

Great Week

The place was amazing and the view was spectacular. Went with the whole family and everyone enjoyed except for the bugs since they’re notorious this time of the year. Other than that, it’s a place where you can both have fun in the water and relax.

AMazing

We had a fantastic time at Sean’s place. Little kids loved the small beach and shallow water. I would recommend wearing water shoes because the bottom of the lake feels muddy. Canoe and paddle boats were of great use to visit small islands around.
Lots of wood logs for a camp fire.
Teenagers loved the propane fire place on the deck for roasting marshmallows.
Kitchen had everything we needed. A big table allowed two families to gather for dinner and play board games that were provided. A huge TV in the living room was nice to occupy the kids for some time.
Master bedroom and the bathroom were gorgeous and very spacious.
Location is great except very far from grocery stores so plan accordingly.

Fantastic Time!

We enjoy our stay at the Lake house. Great location on the water, very relaxing and quiet. Too many positive things to list. Will definitely booked this location again next year. Thanks Sean.
