<p>A modern, light-filled townhouse featuring a serene Nordic-coastal design. This clean, minimalist space is perfect for relaxation and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood within a charming seaside village.</p>
<p>During your stay, you will have full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, and parking space. For transportation, you may use your own vehicle, or take a short walk to the highway to access public transportation (jeep, bus, or tricycle).</p>
<h3>Check-In Requirements</h3>
<p>To ensure a smooth arrival, please send the following via this chat or Viber (+63 917 772 0478) prior to your stay:</p>
<ul><li><strong>Primary Guest:</strong> Government-issued photo ID (School ID is acceptable for young adults).</li><li><strong>All Guests:</strong> Full names of everyone in your party.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Refundable Security Deposits (Collected upon arrival):</strong></p>
<ul><li><strong>Standard Deposit:</strong> ₱1,500 for whole-house bookings.</li><li><strong>Pet Deposit:</strong> ₱1,000 per pet (if applicable).</li><li><em>Both deposits are fully refundable after check-out, pending a damage and inspection check.</em></li></ul>
<h3>Timing & Access</h3>
<ul><li><strong>Check-In:</strong>&nbsp;2:00 PM onwards (Self check-in)</li><li><strong>Check-Out:</strong> 11:00 AM</li><li><strong>Early/Late Hours:</strong> ₱300 per hour (Subject to availability; please arrange in advance)</li><li><em>Note: Your lockbox access code will be sent on your arrival day once requirements are completed.</em></li></ul>

<h3>Guest Count & Capacity</h3>
<ul><li><strong>Base Rate:</strong> Our standard rate covers up to 8 guests.</li><li><strong>Extra Guests:</strong> A charge of ₱500 per person, per night applies for each guest exceeding the initial 8, or for any guests not declared in the original reservation.</li><li><strong>Maximum Capacity:</strong> 10 guests total.</li><li>Please ensure your booking reflects your exact guest count so we can prepare the house properly for your stay.</li></ul>
<h3>Pet Policy</h3>
<p>We welcome well-behaved pets with the following guidelines:</p>
<ul><li>Pets must be declared and approved in advance.</li><li>Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and cleaned up after.</li><li>Pets are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture.</li><li>Any pet-related damages or extra cleaning needs will be deducted from the deposit.</li></ul>
