Villa DellAcqua is an elegant holiday home in Sicily featuring an infinity private pool and breathtaking sea views over the Gulf of Castellammare. Located just 600 meters from the beach on Sicily’s western coast, it is ideal for couples and families seeking tranquility and comfort. This villa with private pool offers the perfect setting for a relaxing villa holiday surrounded by nature, crystal-clear waters and unforgettable sunsets.
Villa DellAcqua is a splendid villa with pool near the beach, where the sea and tranquility meet. Outside, you are welcomed by a magnificent 4×8 m private infinity swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare — the perfect spot to admire enchanting sunsets — framed by an olive garden.
The panoramic sun deck surrounding the private pool is furnished with modern loungers and seating, offering the ideal space to unwind between swims, enjoying the sunshine and sea breeze with a view that stretches to the horizon — a true highlight for those seeking private pools for couples or peaceful family moments.
The spacious and airy veranda is the heart of outdoor living: an elegant wooden table and a barbecue area — equipped with both gas and charcoal grills — create the perfect setting for Sicilian-flavored lunches and dinners. For added convenience, you’ll also find an outdoor hot-water shower and a dedicated laundry corner, enhancing the comfort expected from villa rentals.
Inside, the home opens into an elegant open-plan space where the bright living room and the fully equipped kitchen merge into a welcoming environment, ideal for a relaxed villa holiday. The sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option, while the adjoining terrace allows you to admire spectacular sunsets as the sea glows on the horizon.
The sleeping area is designed for serenity and rest: three air-conditioned bedrooms, wrapped in harmonious and relaxing tones. The master suite with a sea-view terrace offers unforgettable awakenings, while the second double bedroom and the bunk-bed room ensure comfort and flexibility, making this property suitable both as a villa rental for families and as a villa hire for small groups.
Two modern and functional full bathrooms guarantee comfort throughout your stay. With its 140 sqm, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
A place where the authenticity of Sicily meets modern comfort — ideal for memorable escapes and a truly relaxing villa with private pool experience.
During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and completely private experience.
Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.
For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.
To ensure compliance with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration process before arrival.
Identity document: Each guest must provide a valid identification document (ID card, passport, or driving licence).
Online identity verification: The system requires guests to complete an identity verification process before accessing the property.
Access code: The code to enter the villa will only be provided once the required registration process has been completed.
Authorized guests and external visitors: Access to the entire property is permitted exclusively to guests who are properly registered and included in the reservation. Any visits by people who are not included in the reservation are permitted only with the host’s explicit prior approval and must be understood as occasional, one-time visits of short duration. Prolonged or recurring presence of individuals who are not included in the reservation is not permitted.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax will be calculated automatically based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days to guests aged 14 and over.
The villa is located in Alcamo Marina, just 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Zona Aleccia, where you can choose between free public areas and equipped section with services. Nearby, within a 20-minute drive, you will also find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés, making the location convenient and ideal for a carefree seaside holiday.
The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.
To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.
Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to three large vehicles.
I live about 20 minutes from the villa and am always available for any needs. You can reach me at any time, day or night: I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and assist you promptly should anything unexpected arise during your stay.

Villa DellAcqua

A perfect villa in a very private and quiet park of Sicily. Fabrizio gave clear check in instructions and was extremely quick in coming back with any queries. The villa was as described and as the photographs. A great place to relax and unwind. We hired a car for our stay which enabled to enjoy and explore the surroundings and discover some amazing towns and restaurants.

A perfect villa in a private, quiet park

Très belle maison dont l'extérieur est qualitatif. Se trouve une plage sans transats à quelques minutes. Je recommande

Très belle maison

We could not have asked for more from Fabrizio, the villa, or the area. It was exceptional throughout and, for a family of 5, a wonderful place to decompress, relax, and enjoy. Hiring a car (a necessity) made it easy to get into Alcamo, for either food shopping or a walk around the town.
The pool was perfect, as well as the outside BBQ area. With different outside areas you can equally find a place to relax quietly when needed.
Fabrizio's assistance was exceptional and made the stay even more problem free.
There were a range of additional services, such as early/late check-in, food delivery, etc that we didn't need for our brief stay but so useful to know they were an option.
We'll be booking for 2027, and for longer as it's the ideal base to explore the region.
