Welcome to We’ve Gone Coastal Cozumel Villa, a spacious 2,400-square-foot, single-story beach villa in the gated Costa del Sol community, just steps from the Caribbean Sea, sandy beach, shared heated beachfront infinity pool, and private community pier.

This is our favorite spring break villa. We stayed here for the 2nd time and hoping to make it a tradition. The villa is clean, bright, and spacious! They upgraded their living room tv. It’s giant! I would definitely recommend.

A beautiful condo on the ocean! Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for four couples. The pool area is clean and relaxing. The location across from the grocery store and an easy walk to the downtown square make it the perfect location.

Family Vacation
The property is amazing! The property is amazing! We were very fortunate to have met the owner, Shannon, upon our arrival. She helped us get into the home and was very welcoming. The home is as advertised. Very well decorated, very spacious, very clean, had every appliance, including washer and dryer, and accessory (ice maker) you could possibly need, mini split a/c in every room, lots of spices, coffee…etc…wonderful. The home is just steps from the pool and beach. The grounds keepers are constantly working around the already beautiful property and we saw them cleaning and skimming the pool daily. Because we’ve been to the island before we never had to contact or speak to the property manager, Alex, but he was attentive to our requests prior to arrival. He recommended a chef, Gaby, who came in and cooked the most amazing meals several nights during our stay. Definitely will use her again!! The pier on the property was a plus and we booked several trips where the boat was able to pick us up the pier. We’re regulars to island and hope to definitely book this home again. Everything was perfect!!
