Bayside A - Apartments and Studios offer self-catering accommodation in the sought after area of St. Julian’s. It is renowned as a popular vacation spot, with its touristy centre and nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs in the Paceville area.&nbsp;These apartments are all tastefully finished to commodity standards and are equipped with modern furnishings. Additionally, all properties have a balcony with street or in-land views and are furnished with outdoor facilities.&nbsp;The distance of the apartment from Swieqi to the airport is approximately 10 KM (a 16-minute drive). This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a TV, shared kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, mini fridge, microwave), small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals, and two bathrooms. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony without a view/inland view&nbsp;and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, up to a maximum of 10. 1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.
4. Parking is available on the street.
5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.
6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September. 
7. No daily cleaning for the unit.

(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival. The apartments are easy to locate both day and night, thanks to a convenient color-coding system. While Swieqi is a tranquil, family-friendly town, it maintains a lively atmosphere with numerous cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Public transport options such as buses and cabs are readily accessible. Please note that due to natural wear and tear, some interior décor and furnishings may be updated or replaced over time.
