The apartment
A light, modern 1-bedroom on the 5th floor of the Skol building, just refurbished. Two single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge — sleeps 4. Bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave — properly set up for self-catering. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. West-facing terrace with afternoon sun, looking out over the mature tropical gardens to the beach beyond.
Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.
Step out and you're on <a href="https://skolapartmentsmarbella.com/en/beaches">Fontanilla beach</a>. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Puerto Banús is 6km — walkable along the seafront, or by bus or boat. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed.

1. Skol Marbella 540C

Estuvimos como siempre súper a gusto en los apartametos Skol, en concreto en el 540. 
Las vistas son espectaculares, el sofá grande es un lujo, el apartameto tiene de todo, está súper completo y Daniela como siempre un 10 en la gestión. 
Una pena no poder estar mucho más tiempo allí, volveremos pronto…
