Master bedroom is on first floor and the first floor full bath is right next to this room but is not a private full bath.

2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on second floor.

Second full bath is in basement and adjoins the game room and is next to the family room/four seasons room.

There is parking for three vehicles for this home. There are 15 steps that guests have to go up/down in order to access main home, with a double railing, that guests will take to enter the home. See exterior photos for details.

I’m afraid we do not allow boats to be parked at our private pier due to the liability it imposes to the home.

You may use the entire home but we have the laundry room locked as we keep supplies in that room. Ask host for code and we will be happy to share.

We prefer to interact via the Air BnB messaging feature.

There is laundry in basement area, but, is in a locked room and host will share code to access laundry room if washer/dryer are needed. However, the laundry room has a camera in it as supplies to restock home are stored here.

There is access to garage for snow shovels or garbage and recycling containers.

We have a relationship with Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark (20 minute drive away). Ask host for free waterpark passes (up to 6 guests and with 7 days notice) and we can put in a request if you would like to spend some time in a local pool at NO cost!

Cozy Lakehouse Only 20 min to Lake Geneva Area

Thanks for sharing your home, Sean! Very nicely renovated home on a private lake. Left a lot of the old charm along with new items. Beautiful rustic hardwood floors, beamed ceiling in front room. All rooms are decorated wonderfully. I love the charming upstairs bedrooms. Nice kitchen with freshly painted cabinets and new appliances, really nice faucets and fixtures in the bathrooms. Basement game room was lots of fun with great memorabilia. I loved the digital pinball machine. 4 season room was really nice too with wooden ceiling, fireplace and comfy reclining sofa. Nice towels and bedding too. Stone steps leading out to the lake would benefit from a railing. Need to be super careful walking up and down them. Outdoor deck is nice! Seems new and freshly stained. Great getaway!

Couple Visiting for a Few Days

Awesome spot for our 5 person group. The living room view of the lake in the morning was amazing, especially with the fall colors. Quiet neighborhood, great amenities. We will be back!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb for a weekend getaway! The view was amazing, since it’s right on the lake, and the indoor space was great. Everything was very comfortable and we felt at home right away. Location was also great as it was quiet and relaxing and was only about 15-20 minutes away from Lake Geneva. Definitely would recommend staying at Sean’s Airbnb!
