Please note the house is quite high in the mountains above Salvezines just outside of Le Caunil.  Please note there are no shops in the village.

On minor points: in the kitchen: bowls, a salad bowl, a salad basket would be welcome! On the arrival path, concrete all along; install a handrail on the exterior staircase.

Exceptional! We greatly appreciated the exceptional setting in the mountains. The villa is very pleasant and comfortable. We recommend it.

We appreciated the calm, the environment with a magnificent view of the mountain. I also really enjoyed the mountain walks. FYI, we had such a good time that over the two weeks, we only went out once to visit the region. We plan to return in 2026.The only slight drawback is access to the house, I have a fairly low car which forces me to maneuver to avoid hanging up. This does not detract from the charm of the house and our desire to return next year.
