RIVERFRONT cabin w/ view to RMNP & the lakes. Sit where the Colorado river enters Shadow Mountain Lake & since it's a Delta, facing tons of wildlife.
Watch the Moose, Deer, Eagles, Osprey, etc. go by. They will walk across the river right in front of you!!!
Remember the trade off for a reserve like setting in a rural town is WIFI but not fast WIFI :)
Canoes, Kayaks, & Stand Up Paddle Board's incl.
1/4 mile of private fishing, as we are "Homesteaders--we go back over 100 years--we own to the middle of river. Absolutely amazing property--maybe the most beautiful in all of Grand County.

3BR/2BA River& Lake front new cabin, canoes incl.

This cabin is located on the Colorado river where it enters Shadow Mtn. lake. There are canoes and water toys at 3 docks right off your deck and a waterfall-small--right there too. The view is across the river and delta ( where we saw moose and deer every day multiple times) to the lake and then to RMNP. The views are totally unobstructed b/c on the other side of the river it's all Ntl. Forest service.
The cabin is brand new and full-on luxury. There are 2 decks and 2 gorgeous bathrooms with seamless glass showers. The master bedroom even has a king size bed.
We will, for sure, be back. This is now on our favorites list.

The location alone is worth the price!
